Our Fitness Classes

The Hanwood Centre offers an exciting programme of classes to keep you on your toes all year round. We aim for our classes to be inclusive of everyone, and we are always adding new classes into the mix!


Classes we currently offer:

  • Older & Active Programme: aims to increase physical activity, build strength & improve balance in those aged 65+. Our instructors also offer 1-2-1 advice on nutrition and exercise programmes
  • Spin: 45 minute high intensity indoor cycle class – helps to build muscle strength, improves blood flow, increases stamina, and also burns calories.
  • Circuits: 45 minute class featuring various cardio and resistance exercises for a full body workout
  • Body Conditioning: Full body workout consisting of weight training and HIIT class
  • HIIT & Core: Core/ab workout + high intensity interval training – improve core, muscle and cardio

Every class we offer is suitable for all levels of fitness, so why not come along and give them a go!
