Our Fitness Classes

The Hanwood Centre offers an exciting programme of classes to keep you on your toes all year round. We aim for our classes to be inclusive of everyone, and we are always adding new classes into the mix!

Classes we currently offer:

  • Spin: helps to build muscle strength, improves blood flow, increases stamina, and also burns calories.
  • Strength Circuits on Tuesdays and High Intensity Circuits on Thursdays: these classes aim to improve muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness.
  • Older & Active Programme: aims to increase physical activity, build strength & improve balance in those aged 65+. Our instructors also offer 1-2-1 advice on nutrition and exercise programmes.

Every class we offer is suitable for all levels of fitness, so why not come along and give them a go!
