We have all the familiar favourites plus 4 NEW classes too!

  • Pilates with Susan
  • Box Fit with Dawn – high intensity workout to increase stamina and strength
  • Bums & Tums with Maggie – tone and firm legs, bum & core
  • Yoga with Nidhi – Vinyasa Flow Yoga

There is something for everyone! Come along and give it a go!

Classes are £4pp (excluding Strength & Balance and Older & Active)
