Brand new year, Brand new Older & Active classes!


Our Older and Active classes have a brand new schedule, more weekly classes, with something for everyones needs!


Monday Mobility

Monday’s classes will focus on maintaining and improving mobility through lighter weights and working on a range of motion. The aim of these classes will be to create pain-free movement and rehabilitate tight areas of movement and maintain supple joints.

Class times: 10am, 11am & 12pm


Wednesday Weights & Walking

Our strength classes will focus on maintaining and improving muscle tone & function. Weights being performed at a slower, more controlled tempo. This class is great in conjuction with our walking group.

These classes will help frailty and osteoporosis  & osteopenia by creating strong bodies

Class times: 10am & 12pm, Walking group 11am


Friday Fitness

Friday fitness classes are for higher rep ranges at a faster tempo. The aim of these classes will be to improve cardiovascular health and promote general improvement of physical function in everyday activities.

Class times: 10am, 11am & 12pm


About Older & Active

Anyone over the age of 65 of reasonable fitness and can complete one hour of physical activity unassisted and without medical conditions that are not under control. Please consult your doctor if you are unsure whether you are fit enough to attend.

All classes will have a combination of strength, cardio, balance and core, with a focus on one on each of the days.
