Our weekly fitness classes are back in full swing! Check out our updated class timetable here.

Thursdays Spin class has now moved to 10am plus we now also have another Spin class running on Tuesday mornings at 10am! These classes help build muscle strength, improve blood flow, increase stamina, and burn calories.

We also have two Circuits classes per week – Strength Circuits on Tuesdays and High Intensity Circuits on Thursdays. These fun classes aim to improve muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness.

Our extremely popular Older & Active programme continues to run 7 classes per week. The programme aims to improve and maintain the fitness levels of those aged 65+. Our instructors also offer 1-2-1 advice on nutrition and exercise programmes.

Every class we offer is suitable for all levels of fitness, so why not come along and give it a go!
