Classes we currently offer:
- Older & Active Programme: aims to increase physical activity, build strength & improve balance in those aged 65+. Our instructors also offer 1-2-1 advice on nutrition and exercise programmes
- Spin: 45 minute high intensity indoor cycle class – helps to build muscle strength, improves blood flow, increases stamina, and also burns calories.
- Circuits: 45 minute class featuring various cardio and resistance exercises for a full body workout
- Body Conditioning: Full body workout consisting of weight training and HIIT class
- HIIT & Core: Core/ab workout + high intensity interval training – improve core, muscle and cardio
